Show Review, well let’s see here, this show ran a little bit over 3 hours so you have a lot of fun material to listen to this week. We had a great interview with Rusty Coones of Attika 7 and from the TV show Sons of Anarchy.  You will want to hear this, really cool interview. Plus we had numerous contests on the show and named the contest portion of the show the “Bargain Bin”.  We had Dave’s Hello Kitty Blanket call in and win a contest.  Beavis also called in towards the end of the show to turn us on to Grooveshark. Played the interviews with Infinity Fall, Chris Jericho/Rich Ward, Skell, and Candlelight Red. Talked about the possibility of a Maximum Threshold Hot Sauce as well as a rot gut Maximum Threshold Wine.  Was throwing out the idea of a few new segments to the show, one would be a SOA (Sons of Anarchy) weekly show review and a B-Rated movie review. Also talked about ThanksKilling 3 and Maximum Threshold Radio will be broadcasting from the Cedar Lee movie theater.

3 hours of pure insanity this week on MTRS. We pulled out some old Paul Stanely call ins which is always good for a laugh. Had the weekly Rock N Metal Newz report, sweet interview with Dan Nolden of the Brazilian metal band Shadowside. We also played some classy tracks for you. Plus we had a few contests. This was one wild and crazy show! Everything you would expect from a MTRS production was in this. It was extremely hilarious, great new music, intense and interesting interviews and hilarious call ins. Special guests for the night was Erik Kluiber from the band Gypsyhawk. Actor/Producer Ryan Francis called in and talked about ThanksKilling and ThanksKilling 3 as well as his newer projects.  Jeremiah Morehouse (Writer/Director) for “The Biker Warrior Babe vs. The Zombie Babies From Hell”. Also had on Chris Czynszak who is the co-host of the Decibel Geek Podcast. We did a brief review of the new KISS release “Monster” in which we had special call in from Paul Stanely. We also did a review of the new Down release and had Non Phil Anselmo call in.

Show Overview  well this was a very high intensive show with alot of fun interviews and call ins. We had a few pre-recorded interviews that Dom R did at Rock On the Range with The Darkness and Rob Caggiano of Anthrax. Also we had a call in from the band Psychothermia which were alot of fun.  Played the interview with actor/producer Ryan Francis, and after his pre-recorded interview he called in.

Jordan Downey : called in and we talked about the status of the fundraising for the sequel to the movie ThanksKilling. We also talked about the different possibilities of the production of the movie. Dom also threw out that he would like to be an extra in the movie.

C.C.: – drummer for the Black Veil Brides was snagged at the Vans Warped Tour by Dave and Lauren. CC fielded numerous questions.

#153 Maximum Threshold Radio Show | Interview Brian Perry (bassist – Prong/Lizzy Borden/Jake E. Lee)

Very interesting 3 hour show. Started off with a lot of music but soon turned to conversation of Ace Frehley concert that Dom and Dan attended earlier in the week. They talked about meeting Ace Frehley (good segment). It was brought up on another radio show that Dom sounds like a comedian that was on Last Comic Standing. Well leave it Dom, he found the comedian they were talking about (Josh Blue) and they played a few sound clips from his performance and other sounding like he has Cerebral Palsy Dom must sound like him a bit.  Paul Stanely called in to the show and gave us his art updates as well as a new song for Dan. (Funny segment)

Brian Perry :  (bassist Prong) came on to the show to talk about his stints in Prong, touring, funny moments and the “not so” funny moments on the road, working with tommy in Prong, his clothing line and much more!
