Overview: Great fast paced show. Awesome friends of the show came on (Marcus Henderson/Blake Clawson/Jack Warren) and a new band to MT surfaced for us to enjoy. Also read Christmas Cards. Dave joined Dom on the show tonight. Also posted up Ms. January Calendar for the Maximum Threshold 2011.

Marcus Henderson : Marcus called in and we talked about the music biz, the game biz, his input into the songs on Guitar Hero, and much more!

Blake Clawson : frontman and guitarist for the Alabama hard rock/metal band Brokenrail came on and we talked about their music, influences, possible tour and the development of their future release.

Jack Warren : comedian Jack Warren called in and we talked about him hitting the road and touring with Don Jamieson, spending time in Iraq entertaining the troops and much more!

Overview : Power-packed show with a featured show showcasing the new Primal Fear release “Live in the USA” and had on Matt Sinner from the band. We also had the return of old friend Tracii Guns from L.A. Guns. We played alot of new music and had 5 contests! So we gave away alot of new music also. Plus we had a little music news thrown into the mix.

Tracii Guns : Tracii called in and Dom and Tracii talked extensively about their newest release, his autobiography that he is working on, the LA Guns saga with the other Guns band feat Phil Lewis, their CD release party and much more

Matt Sinner : bassist/vox for Primal Fear came on to talk about their upcoming release “Live in the USA”. Dom and Matt spoke in regards to the process of recording this release as well as touring across the country and possible future festivals. They also spoke about gear and the musicians in the band, great segment.

#162 Maximum Threshold Radio Show : Interviews with Johnny Lima and Jason McMaster (Dangerous Toys/Ignitor/Broken Teeth)

This was a really good show with Johnny Lima coming on the show and bringing a touch of comedy to the interview, also rocker Jason McMaster who has a history of gold selling records came on and rounded the show off. Dom and Dan discussed many issues including the new song that is sweeping the nation, Pants On The Ground (American Idol). to hear it click HERE.  Dom and Dan did their version of it with a bit of a twist, in country style. Also on the show was a call in from a guy in a band called August Rain who found out his music was being stolen from him and placed on some other bands site called Dust in Bones http://myspace.com/dustinboneshouse or something like that, I think that is the link. Pretty funny segment as he also played his own music on his phone! We lost the call towards the end. Also had a call from an Indian in New Jersey who sang his version of the Indian National Anthem. Very interesting!

Johnny Lima :  Johnny came on to talk about his latest release, the record sales, touring, working with other artists, how the Superbowl was shaping up, music scene in San Jose and much more! Thumbs up on this interview!

Jason McMaster : frontman for the band Dangerous Toys / Ignitor and Broken Teeth came on to talk about his projects with Ignitor and the soon to be released DVD with Dangerous Toys.  Jason spoke in regards to the music scene in Austin, TX, the music industry, and much more. Great segment!
